Surprise loss for MyTeam

UPB-MyTeam failed to secure their place in the Malaysia Cup quarter-finals after going down to a surprise 1-2 loss to Johor Pasir Gudang in a Group C match at the MBPJ Stadium in Kelana Jaya last night.

Otelo Ocampos (72nd) and Faizal Abdullah (76th) were on target for Johor PG while Nazrin Nawi replied for the home side in the second-half stoppage time.

With three matches to go, MyTeam’s first loss in the competition allowed both Perlis and Perak to close the gap on them to five and six points respectively. Read the rest of this entry »

Rekod tanpa kalah UPB-MyTeam lebur

SAINGAN Piala Malaysia malam ini menyaksikan rekod tanpa kalah pendahulu kumpulan C, UPB-MyTeam lebur apabila tunduk kepada Johor Pasir Gudang 1-2 di Stadium Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya, Kelana Jaya.

Namun kekalahan ini tidak menjejaskan kedudukan kelab itu yang kini mengumpul 18 mata hasil enam kemenangan untuk memburu tempat ke suku akhir kerana pencabar terdekat iaitu Perlis hanya mengumpul 13 mata. Read the rest of this entry »
